I hold a Bachelor of Science in Health and Safety from Northeastern State University, a Six Sigma Blackbelt, and am certified by the American Sports Fitness Association (ASFA) https://www.americansportandfitness.com/ and the NLCA. With 25 years of experience across various industries, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients spanning different ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels. My expertise includes stress reduction, strength training, nutrition, and nutritional analysis, utilizing evidence-based strategies to help clients build lean muscle, reduce body fat, and enhance their overall health and well-being.
