START WITH WHY…  You provide the why and we will provide the direction. At JK Strength and Fitness, we take a holistic approach to health and fitness with a primary focus on basic strength training workouts and building lean muscle. That said, we believe that fitness is not just about working out, but also about proper nutrition, stress management, and self-care. We will work with you to create a personalized program that address all aspects of your strength and fitness goals.

Remote Personal Training

Get a one-on-one training plan tailored to your fitness goals and needs. No copied out-of-the-box programs as we understand that everyone is unique, with different goals, needs, and commitment levels.

We have proven programs for all ages and fitness levels. We can tailor workouts utilizing everything from body weight only up to the most advanced lifters and gym rats.

Nutrition Coaching

Achieve optimal health and wellness with our nutrition coaching services. We can provide overall nutrition plans based on your needs and goals as well as daily meal plans.

For most clients, we suggest an 80/20 plan in which you adhere to specific dietary rules 80% of the time and allow yourself to indulge (within reason) 20% of the time. This keeps you moving toward your goals without having to give up the foods (and drinks) that you love.
